Such originality! Such a romp! I never thought I’d want to look at another cooking blog again, much less a pancake post. Little did I know the creativity that’s possible!
I’ve made this 3 or four times now, and the batter always seems to be a little on the thick side so I’ve just been watering it down (maybe too much baking powder?).
Also, the use of Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka in the whipping cream is a-maz-ing.
