    This looks awesome! I will definitely be trying it, but I might add some ground beef, and saute the onions, peppers, and garlic a little before tossing it all together. Thanks for a great recipe!

    Looks great! I’m looking forward to trying it! I had a quick question about the beans and the chiles, though. Are they supposed to be drained before added to the pot? I’m assuming so, but you know what they say about assuming…

    First of all I want say thank you, your recipes have really inspired me to start cooking on my own; and if this tastes anything like your 2am chili, it’ll be amazing. Can’t wait to try this one out. A little advice for the slow cooker, wait until the last hour or two to add your beans. If they’re in the pool the whole time they’ll get all mushy. Thanks for continuing updating this site with your delicious recipes.

    I tried this recipe and I’m not a big fan. I love the original 3 AM Chili but this was not so great. Still love the other recipes!
