    For authentic movie theatre style popcorn, don’t use butter – use flavacol (find it online) and coconut oil.

    I never had much liking for kettle corn. I’d rather do a caramel separately and toss it in later, or better, even, heated marshmallow fluff. Of course for savory popcorn, the best I’ve managed was browned butter mixed with Lola’s Trinidad Scorpion hot sauce tossed on the corn along with parmesan, black pepper and cilantro.
