    If you really really hate that recipe (or can’t eat avocado,) the original Green Goddess Dressing/Dip is 2 anchovy fillets, 1 clove of garlic, 1 cup of mayo (olive oil mayonnaise tastes best,) 1/2 cup of sour cream (you can sub out Greek yogurt if you don’t want to use the sour cream,) 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, 1/4 cup tarragon, 2 tablespoons chives (garlic chives if you want to be very highly seasoned,)2 tablespoons lemon juice and zest, salt & black pepper to taste. Basically just bang everything together with a hand blender and eat on everything including the plate and the table.
