    For anyone allergic to bananas (like me) you can use zucchini instead. Shred it, salt it a bit (omit the salt later in the recipe and use unsalted butter) leave it in a colander to drain for about an hour. After the hour has gone by, put it in a floursack or other fine towel and squeeze as much water out of it as possible. If you want, puree the pulp, but it’s not necessary. Then just follow the recipe here. (If you’re allergic to nuts, skip the Nutella for chocolate chips and crushed potato chips {I’M NOT KIDDING} for the same flavor profile.)
