That Potato Salad The Ingredients: Things to boil: Red Potatoes - 5 Eggs - 4 The Rest: Mayonnaise - 1/2 Cup (120g) Sour Cream - 1/4 Cup (56g) Yellow Mustard - 3/4 Tbsp (16g) Pickles - 1½ Tbsp (22g) Salt - 2tsp (12g) Pepper - 2tsp (4g) Onion Powder - 1tsp (4g) Paprika - 1/2tsp (2g) Dill Seed - 1/2tsp (2g) The Garnish: Green Onions - Up to you Paprika - A Dash Directions: Boil Eggs by placing eggs in an empty pot then filling it with water and bringing to a boil. As soon as the water boils remove from heat and cover for 15 minutes. Then remove the eggs and place in ice water for 1 hour. Boil Potatoes for 15 - 20 minutes. Then transfer to a bowl and refrigerate. Once the potatoes and eggs are chilled peel and chop the eggs and chop the potatoes then add to a bowl. To the bowl with the chopped eggs and potaotes add: Mayonnaise - 1/2 Cup (120g) Sour Cream - 1/4 Cup (56g) Yellow Mustard - 3/4 Tbsp (16g) Pickles - 1½ Tbsp (22g) Salt - 2tsp (12g) Pepper - 2tsp (4g) Onion Powder - 1tsp (4g) Paprika - 1/2tsp (2g) Dill Seed - 1/2tsp (2g) And mix well.
